介绍（中）	内部，两个女学生外部，女谈通多中的代表为公元前五世纪中叶的妇女教育提供了有趣的证据。左边的女孩拿着一对书写板和一支手写笔。她和她的同伴要去哪里没有说明。虽然显然有一些学校，但那些负担得起的人可能在家里接受辅导。拿着药片的女孩显然是不情愿的，但为什么我们不能知道。外部的场景可能有一些联系，因为悬挂在背景中的用具除了花圈和拖鞋外，还包括另一组平板电脑、火炬架和一个 alabastron（香水花瓶）。
介绍（英）	Interior, two schoolgirls Exterior, women conversing The representation in the tondo provides interesting evidence of the education of women in the mid-fifth century B.C. The girl on the left carries a pair of writing tablets and a stylus. Where she and her companion are going is no indicated. Although there apparently were some schools, those who could afford it were probably tutored at home. The girl with the tablets is obviously reluctant, but why we cannot know. The scene on the exterior may have some connection as the paraphernalia suspended in the background includes another set of tablets, torchholders, and an alabastron (perfume vase) in addition to wreaths and slippers.
