介绍（中）	Mortaria是罗马人常用的研磨和搅拌碗。大多数都是用普通的、无唇的器皿制作的，碗的内部经常添加少量的砂砾来帮助研磨过程。然而，这种零碎的边缘是更精细的陶器terra sigillata的一个例子，用倒刺或浮雕装饰。这些器皿表明，一些食物是在餐桌上，在主人和他的用餐伙伴面前准备的。
介绍（英）	Mortaria were the grinding and mixing bowls commonly used by the Romans. Most were made in plain, unslipped wares, and tiny bits of grit were often added to the inside of the bowl to aid the grinding process. This fragmentary rim, however, is an example in finer ware, terra sigillata, decorated with barbotine, or relief decoration. Such vessels suggest that some food preparation was carried out at the table, in front of the host and his dining companions.
