介绍（中）	帕登·拉莫是西藏的主要保护人，也是八护法中唯一的女性。这幅黑色的地（藏语：nag thang）画被安装在献给愤怒的保护神（法殿）的小教堂（贡康）里，这是一个为西藏寺院内的密宗入会仪式保留的房间。构图的特殊规模和复杂性将这幅画与供奉场景壁画联系在一起，这些壁画被称为"成套饰品"（藏语：rgyan tshogs），装饰着供奉法殿的神殿内部。在中心，愤怒的四臂女神Palden Lhamo，瘦弱而恐惧，骑着她的骡子。
介绍（英）	Palden Lhamo is the principal protectress of Tibet and the only female of the Eight Guardians of the dharma. This black-ground (Tibetan: nag thang) painting was installed in the chapel (gonkhang) dedicated to the wrathful protective deities (dharmapalas), a room reserved for tantric initiation rites within a Tibetan monastery. The exceptional scale and complexity of the composition relate the painting to the offering-scene murals known as “sets of ornaments” (Tibetan: rgyan tshogs) that adorn the interiors of shrines dedicated to the dharmapalas. At center, the wrathful four-armed goddess Palden Lhamo, emaciated and fearful, is shown riding her mule.
