介绍（中）	阿尔芒·贝尔坦是强大的新闻大亨路易斯·弗朗索瓦·贝尔坦（Louis François Bertin）的儿子，英格尔斯在1832年（卢浮宫）的著名肖像中使他永垂不朽。贝尔坦的腰围与父亲相同，但举止更为温和。他似乎陷入了交谈，一只手拿着一顶礼帽（视角看起来奇怪地扭曲），另一只手举着手杖。这幅画献给保姆的妻子，她的同伴肖像英格尔斯也画过（2012.150.14）。
介绍（英）	Armand Bertin, son of the powerful press baron Louis-François Bertin, whom Ingres immortalized in his famous portrait of 1832 (at the Louvre), possesses the same imposing girth as his father but a much gentler demeanor. Appearing caught in conversation, he holds a top hat (the perspective of which looks oddly distorted) in one hand and a walking cane in the other. The drawing is dedicated to the sitter’s wife, whose companion portrait Ingres also drew (2012.150.14).
