介绍（英）	This painting depicts in a lively fashion the many tasks involved in the preparation of a feast. Such realistically observed details of menial activities, albeit for a grand occasion, exemplify the broadening of subject matter that evolved in the Herat school of painting in the latter part of the fifteenth century under the influence of the great painter Bihzad. Many Herat painters were found working in Bukhara in the early decades of the sixteenth century. Certain details of drawing and coloring suggest that this Herat style miniature was probably painted in Bukhara.
