介绍（中）	在中世纪，大学权杖通常成对制作，在学术游行的队伍中被带在最前面，象征着大学教职员工的权威。把手上的雕刻表明，这根权杖是1478年送给吕贝克大教堂章的。具体情况尚不清楚，但很可能是吕贝克主教的纹章盾牌和大教堂的守护神之一浸礼会圣约翰的雕像是在这个时候添加的。据信，这把权杖是为罗斯托克大学制作的，它的配偶经过了很大的改动，现在存放在吕贝克的圣安能博物馆。
介绍（英）	University scepters, generally made in pairs during the Middle Ages, were carried at the head of academic processions and signified the authority of the university faculty. The engraving on the handle states that this scepter was given in penance to the cathedral chapter of Lübeck in 1478. The circumstances are unknown, but it is probable that the heraldic shield with the arms of the bishopric of Lübeck and the figure of Saint John the Baptist, one of the patron saints of the cathedral, were added at this time. It is thought that this scepter was made for the University of Rostock and that its mate, much altered, is now in the St. Annen- Museum in Lübeck.
