A French peasant approaches with a heavy receptacle inscribed: "Ruination, Botheration, Confiscation, Requisition, Plunderation, Limitation, Execution, Constitution, Fraternization, Naturalization, Expedition, Abolition, Cutthroatation & Damnation." Behind the Dutchman a Spaniard holds a tray of cannons on his head, and says, "How!
