介绍（英）	Eugen Neureuther is principally known for his work as an illustrator. This print forms an illustration to Ferdinand von Freiligrath's poem “The Flower’s Revenge” (Der Blumen Rache). While the title and author's name are included on the print, the text of the poem is not. It may have been printed on an opposite page. The illustration is executed in Neureuther’s romantic ‘fairytale’ style and consists of a sleeping maiden surrounded by fantastical creatures that haunt her dream.
