说明	Kimono is a traditional Japanese garment. Kasuri is a traditional Japanese handcraft of dying fabrics. The kasuri kimono from the mid-20th century has a contemporary geometrical pattern of squares and overlapping circles in red, blue, black and white. The pattern was first dyed onto the yarn, and then woven into the cloth, resulting in blurred outlines of the pattern. The entire effect reflects trends in contemporary art. Kasuri is the Japanese name for a partial dying handcraft, a technique known as ikat in Southeast Asia. The warp yarn is dyed according to the pattern prior to weaving. Japanese textile designers combine modern designs with traditional handcraft, creating masterpieces of contemporary design.
