介绍（中）	诗人查尔斯·波德莱尔（Charles Baudelaire）在1859年似乎想到了这个版画，当时他欣赏梅永作品中的"堆积石头的威严"，与"工业方尖碑，喷涌而出......烟雾砾岩"和"正在修复的纪念碑的巨大脚手架"在城市上覆盖了"矛盾之美的镂空建筑"。十七世纪的新桥（Pont-Neuf）是当时巴黎现存最古老的桥梁，当梅永（Meryon）制作这幅版画时，这座纪念碑正在经历大规模的翻新。
介绍（英）	It seems likely that the poet Charles Baudelaire had this print in mind in 1859 when he admired "the majesty of accumulated stone" in Meryon’s work juxtaposed with "obelisks of industry, spewing forth . . . conglomerations of smoke" and "prodigious scaffolding of monuments under repair" that overlaid an "openwork architecture of a paradoxical beauty" upon the city. The seventeenth-century Pont-Neuf—the oldest surviving bridge in Paris at the time—was one such monument undergoing extensive renovation when Meryon made this print.
