介绍（中）	塞尚在1876年对毕沙罗的"埃斯塔克"渔村充满热情："这就像一张扑克牌。蓝色大海上的红色屋顶。这里的太阳是如此的可怕，在我看来，这些物体的轮廓不仅是黑白的，而且是蓝色、红色、棕色和紫色的。在接下来的十年里，塞尚画了大约二十幅《埃斯塔克》的风景，其中十几幅面向或穿过马赛湾。在这幅画的远处，在码头右侧的山顶上，巴黎圣母院的塔楼俯瞰着马赛市。
介绍（英）	Cézanne enthused about the fishing village of L’Estaque to Pissarro in 1876: "It is like a playing card. Red roofs over the blue sea. . . . The sun is so terrific here that it seems to me as if the objects were silhouetted not only in black and white, but in blue, red, brown, and violet." Cézanne painted some twenty views of L'Estaque over the next decade, a dozen of them facing toward or across the gulf of Marseilles. In the distance of this painting, atop the hill to the right of the jetty, the towers of Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde stand watch over the city of Marseilles.
